Refund policy

At KaamKa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your product.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. To request a return or refund, please contact us at kaamkaofficial@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the request.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Products that are damaged, used, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for return.
